Including the following speeds up a reply:
- For a bug: what screen you were on, what you did, and what happened
- For an account request (e.g. deletion): the username you sign in with
- Your browser and OS, especially for a rendering issue

YourERD is run by an individual, so there is no phone line or live chat. Emails are read and answered in the order they arrive.
